how do I register with Farmer to Farmer?

To register, simply select the 'register with us' button on the homepage or click the 'login' link at the top of any page and then click the 'not registered yet? click here to register' link.
 
To proceed with your registration, just follow the on-screen instructions. Please remember that any fields marked with an * symbol are required fields and they must be filled in to continue.

what is my username?

Your username is your full email address that you entered during the registration process. 
 
If you do not have an email address, the system will have created one for you, including your surname, the 1st line of your address followed by @ftfgenemail.co.uk
 
For example: John Smith from Manor Farm would have the email address: SmithManorFarm@ftfgenemail.co.uk
 
This is not a real email address - it is used for administration purposes only.

after registering, how do I get back to my shopping cart?

At the top of every page there is link to 'Your Cart', click here to get back to your shopping cart. 
 
You will be required to login with your new username (email address) and password before you can 'checkout'

how long will delivery take? how much does it cost?

Delivery on all products will, under normal circumstances, take a maximum of 10 working days from the receipt of payment, (unless otherwise stated), however we endeavour to complete delivery within 5 working days. 
 
All semen will be handled and delivered by an organisation that is already established in the UK and has an excellent proven track record.  Semen delivery is £25 per order.
 
Other products will be delivered by National Courier, either by the pallet or individually, depending on the product.  Pallet delivery is £60 per pallet. 
 
For all other products, not delivered by pallet, delivery is included in the price (unless clearly stated).  When the delivery cost is included in the price and it is quoted that the price includes next day delivery, this does not include weekends.
 
We reserve the right to refuse an order if the delivery cost is going to exceed the costs quoted above.  In this case we will contact the customer to arrange an agreement.  This will be in the form of an extra delivery cost or a refund.

how does the online order 10% discount work?

Once you have registered to order online, an extra 10% discount will be applied to your order.  This will be shown in your shopping cart summary. 
 
Once you have confirmed your order, you will be given the option of either accepting the 10% discount off the price of your products (before delivery and VAT) or receiving this amount in gift vouchers from several food, wine or clothing companies. 
 
The total discount you have received can be monitored in the 'my account' section. 
 
The voucher companies are listed on the '10% discount' page which can be located by using the '10% discount' link on the homepage.

why have I not received my email confimation of registration?

The most usual reason for this is that you have logged in with either an AOL or Hotmail email address.  Both AOL and Hotmail pursue an aggressive anti-spam policy.
 
So that our confirmation emails can reach you, please ensure that you add info@farmertofarmer.co.uk to your preferred/safe senders list.
